[QUESTION] Datejust 16233 Dial

Hey guys! Long time lurker with a question.

I'm currently looking for a Datejust 16233 with an Arabic Dial and I came across a few on the usual sites after trying to find some on forums to no avail. My question is in regards to the picture below from the seller.

This watch was serviced but am wondering whether the dial looks refinished. I assume the hands were replaced during the service given the T SWISS MADE T at the bottom of the dial represents tritium use which doesn't seem present (unless I'm mistaken).

Hoping the experts will be able to weigh in on this as I'm hoping to secure something for my father who had to sell off his back in the day to support the family. Thanks!

.
Dial looks good, referred as an Anniversary / Jubilee dial.

In general it's not common, but it seems that these no-lume dials did come with lumed hands.

FWIW, I have this dial (in Slate Gray). Rolex required a hand change to non-lume on service, apparently because dial did not have a "T" on it. Really aggravating.
