Hi Vanessa,
I have two Rolex Watches that i've sent in for repair at a local watchmaker, after several tries, the watches still don't work properly.
He said both need parts that need replacements, and he couldn't obtain them.
I plan to send the watches to you for service.
I called the Rolex Company the other day, and mentioned your name and Company:Time Matters, but they could not locate it.
How can i verify this information before i send it to you for service.
