It says "About 20 mm in 2 mm increments."

That implies there's 10 increments, except for the "about"

If there's only 8 or 9, that's scandalous.

But really, if it said "It expands 18 mm in increments that are about 2 mm" That would have been better.

Lost in translation, I guess. Also, OP is a troll.
