Based on the leaks that have been floating around, a blue BB58 seems likely.

Don’t think it’s a surprise at this point.

Just purchased the new Blue BB58 from AD and pickup Thursday. USD $3,700 + tax
They are under strict instructions not to release the watch before Thursday (I asked of course) and also they are not allowed to send pictures to clients before the release. (Will all ADs follow this? Who knows) Blue Dial. Blue bezel. No date. Cheers Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

all white. There are like four threads at this point with leaked photos and even a review.

Looks bland and plain to me but will have to see it in real life, for now I prefer the black. Has more classic Rolex looking vintage cues which in this context I prefer.

I have reason to believe it may be more than 1 watch.

I wish, but I agree with those who say we'll never see one. Rolex wants to use blue to drive sales of its PM professional models (aside from the YM, which with the platinum bezel is a different beast). You release the SS blue sub and then you cut big time into the allure of the 116613LB, 116618LB, 116619LB.

We were all surprised for sure. I would not be surprised today if that occured. But i think they would more likely do a shark color scheme in SS or darker blue.

The only thing that would absolutely shock me would be a ss DD, I can honestly say that we won’t ever see this. Rolex is doing amazingly well and the DD doesn’t need anything to increase it’s sales, and anything they release, literally anything has a waitlist. |
