Rolex Daytona reference number help required

Having just taken a look at the 2022 German price list on another thread I have found six different references for the OF WG Daytona.
These are:
M116519ln-0022 EF
-0024 EF
-0025 DF
-0027 DF
-0037 EF
-0038 DF
Can anyone shed some light on how an EF variant differs from a DF variant?
...the Rolex site just shows three configurations available.

Does this suggest all three dial options are now available in
either baton or diamond indices, or does this signify something else?
