New watch day - GO SeaQ green

Hello all,

New watch day for me! Been stalking this one for a while, arrived today. Everyone says this, but honestly, you can not compare this in person to pictures on the ‘net. I have a few Rolex watches and this really is in a different league, looks and feels amazing. The green is a lot more subtle than some online pictures I’ve seen were is can look a little ‘muddy’ in colour. It’s not, it’s rich and warm. Very happy indeed!

My personal perspective is that the brushed end-link that gets some complaints is a non-issue. I’d have liked a bit of taper on the bracelet, but then I have also enjoyed the fact that every link is removable (yes, all of them) so you can get a really good fit. Hard sometimes on tapers as you have to remove links in taper order and sometimes I need one more than I can remove on the 6 side.

First take photos from the first hour or so.

Nice. The numerals on the GO are just that bit crisper.

Yes, from an AD. I struggled to find availability here in the UK for one on a bracelet. I was in the same position as you, serious about pulling the trigger for about the last 6 months! Today I finally did and no regrets.
