I’d love for my three to become discontinued.

Also hope they get bigger so I stop lusting for them. For the the current dimensions are perfection for my wrists.

No dispute it MIGHT happen, but as a small wristed fella the PM case on oyster flex size/shape is darn perfection for me. The curved lugs are just fantastic.

A 12 series will come, I would have said they’ll never change the size until we saw the Sub jump up to 41mm for the first time in its history. The current watch is literal perfection though so I’m very happy to be owning the current 116500 before they do any strange updates.

With next year being the 60th anniversary of the Cosmograph Daytona, I expect to see something new. However, as Rolex has proven it is almost entirely unpredictable when it comes to releases, who knows?

I could see them increasing the diameter of the case/bracelet slightly and maybe tweaking the movement but see an anniversary model more likely. Excited as always to see what they come out with next.

All I've been wanting for years is for them to slap a ceramic bezel on a TT Daytona and give us the option of either a black, white, silver, or gold dial. I don't ask for much, but Rolex feels the need to deny me either way... even after we've been getting ceramic bezels on other Daytona metal options for years now.

I don't see Daytona changing to any significant extent from one iteration to the next. What I'd like to see would be more dial options on the SS.

How do you guys feel about a Daytona upgrade in the near (1-3 years) future? Most everything else has went to 12 series, and the Daytona hasn’t been upgraded aside from dials and a new bezel in what, almost 20 years? Seems it’s maybe due to follow suit.

Curious what you all might think will happen. Thoughts?
Don't know how they could possibly upgrade the cal 4130 movement in the Daytona yes its over 20 years old and was the first movement to get the parachrom hairspring back in 2000.But back then it was a grey colour and not blue as it is now by a chemical prosses. Myself not a fan of the modern day Daytona in any form, and must be the most hyped Rolex watch ever. But will state this the cal 4130 I would put in the top 5 of all chronograph movements made to date.
