Nashville Watch

Love Nashville watch. They’re the best I’ve dealt with. Tim is the man. I used to deal with him at his previous store in aspen and followed him to Nashville watch. Super honest. No need to shop around.

Yeah Chase is pretty top notch in all my dealings with him. His prices are also waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay more inline than others. I've seen the exact same reference, at 2 different trusted sellers, and Chase be less by thousands.

I've dealt with Chase multiple times (I've bought, sold, and even traded) and every transaction was seamless! Top notch dude for sure.

Same as above. Nashville is a great dealer. Had several transactions (buy/sell/trade), and it's always been perfect.

I echo all of the above … I’m a longtime collector and live in NYC where there are a lot of solid picks for pre-owned, and Chase at Nashville Watch is one of the most professional, knowledgable, polite, and communicative sellers I’ve ever encountered, anywhere. He truly stands above the pack — so much so, that I decided to write this, my first-ever post on rolexforums, about his company! :-)

Adding in my experience as well. I've dealt with Chase twice now first for a purchase. The watch came mint even though it seems they default to declaring some possible hairlines, and it was an excellent price after comparing with other dealers.

I just completed a sale (was looking for a potential trade, but we couldn't work that out). He emailed over a label and some tips for protecting the watch for shipping, which I appreciated not having sold before. The shipment was picked up by Tim 16 minutes after it arrived at the Fedex location, and just about two hours later Chase contacted me for my wire information, and I saw the money in my account within another 1.5 hours. Zero hassle and was paid exactly as quoted (which I know can be in part due to being 100% honest about the condition and sending over multiple pictures of everything).

I had gotten a quote from one other truste dealer which was exactly the same, so even though Nashville Watch can have great prices for buying, I didn't feel lowballed when selling.

I can also vouch for Chase and Nashville Watch. I first made a purchase from them and it was a great price and the watch came in better condition than expected being used. I think they tend to be conservative with their descriptions. They also will declare if a watch is unpolished in their opinion. My purchase arrived the next day for pickup, and I appreciate a dealer where you can easily use a credit card (with the 3% fee).

I also just sold a watch after first inquiring about a trade. They sent the label, and it was picked up on their end within 16 minutes of it being held at their chosen Fedex location. Within two hours I was asked for my wire info, and I was paid within another 1.5 hours. I did get one other quote, which was the same, so even though their prices can sometimes be lower for buying, I got fair value for selling as well.
