Scored a new watch! What do you guys think?

I wad recently offered a Cartier Ballon Bleu 42mm in rose gold. Love the heft and the look of it. Originally wanted a Santos but for the price this was offered I couldnt pass it up.

Here are some pictures of it! Been enjoying it so farScreenshot_20230912_173121_Gallery.jpgScreenshot_20230912_173104_Gallery.jpgScreenshot_20230912_173131_Gallery.jpg

Love Cartier. That watch is an awesome piece to add to a collection. Their watches are just elegant. Congrats and enjoy. I enjoy the feel of the weight of PM watches on my wrist.

Lady M makes great pastries. NYC?

Thanks all. Was a little skeptical at first. Its my first cartier. Was hopeful to score a santos in yellow gold, but the price was a bit too much for me right now.

This one was offered instead. Its used 2020 but in very very good condition. Only gripes with this watch is that its only 30m water resistant. I like to clean my watches every now and then

I am glad this past year Cartier is finally getting the shine it deserves. It always took a backseat in the watch market as a "jewelry" brand when it was the first wristwatch brand made for a pilot over a hundred years ago.

To me Cartier watches= elegance, class and refined beauty
