How do you pronounce the Tudor Pelagos?

Heard it spoken both ways..

My sense/guess is that
PELAGOS s vocalized something like " Puhr Lah Gosz ".

At least that's how I heard the Tudor people say it.

I pronounce it with the emphasis on the last syllable and with a long "O."

Watching Youtube most presenters can't even pronounce TUDOR correctly. All I hear is TOO-DER....when its actually CHEW-DER lol.
