Well the 10K savings that it would have cost you to buy at the AD ten years ago is now worth about the price you will pay on the grey market. So deprive yourself no longer.

I can't wait for the incoming, the BLNR is an amazing timepiece!

In a world of 8 dollar lattes, the $500 -$1000 bucks you maybe can save by waiting is nothing but rust and stardust. Just enjoy the watch.

What if you have several watches on "the list" with your AD. Will you notify your AD to take this one off your list? Will you not let him know? If he calls you saying he has it in, what will you say, keeping in mind you still want one or two of the others on 'the list'?

IMO that's a very small concern. I'd never spend time calling all ADs to un-register from the imaginary list.

My AD is a small chain with a few stores in the state. I went to another one of their stores while out of town on business and the SA said "Oh I see you were talking to so-n-so at our other store in this other city..."
I said, yes, I visit several ADs when I'm out and about.

Even if the prices do go down a bit, you should weigh the price difference against the time that you get to spend with your watch. If you are young and healthy, then waiting a few months might not be a big deal.

If you are my age, time > money.
