Rolex contact details

Hi I’m new here so apologies if this is posted somewhere but I’ve had a look around and could not see anything. I’m trying to find contact details for Rolex service centre direct. Had an issue with a AD who has damaged a couple of links adjusting a bracelet. Watch is new and the AD are not taken responsibility but they are the only ones to handle the links. Only customer service contact I’ve been able to find is for WOS.

Thanks in advance

Please excuse me if this is a really obvious stupid question, but have you tried the Rolex website Service locator to see which the closest local one is to you:

https://www.rolex.com/en/watch-care-...0gRInhV_voMpMo

Or, if you don’t want to use one of the local ones, just googling Rolex UK Head Office where you can just ring them up and ask to speak to Service:

This would give you 020 7024 7300

Sorry to hear about your links. Hope you get it all sorted out under warranty.

Rolex UK will not want to know. Your recourse is with your AD and only the AD.

Went on the Rolex website and it gave me details for WOS complaints I’ve spoken to them they said it can’t possibly be their fault so just trying to find contacts fir Rolex direct rather than the AD complaints department

Did you notice the damage while at the AD or when you got home? If the latter will be hard to prove.

Just call RSC in St James’ Square for a quote for new links and screws.

Not until I got home unfortunately bought it at T5 and had a flight to catch not that it makes much difference now but I’m convinced the sales guy knew as he was hurrying me out the shop to get to the terminal
