$$ for SDDS?
OK, question...
Knowing all ADs have a different squirl factor so discounts will be vastly different but... What SHOULD one pay for a SDDS, ballpark in the U.S.? Thanks, Sparky |

From an AD expect up to a 10% discount from MSRP. Check/PM Oscar (Bodybump), a trusted seller in this forum. You will save a few hundred dollars, with a new or used DS.

Thanks,
My AD MIGHT do a little better since I have a 3 watch history in the last 3 years with him but that was about the ballpark I was thinking! Sparky |

Went to my "new" AD today (my old one closed, but ironically have the same salesman) and was told that there was no discount (my guy was off today). I knew better, especially in this market, so I did not argue. I handed it back and left. I'll try again when he is there! Do these girls think I'm stupid? They know I bought 3 watches (and I was wearing my TT GMT-IIc) from him at the old place in the last 18 months! This place has that "rep" so I should have expected it! Thanks for the numbers... Good ammunition!
Thanks, Sparky |

Spencer, you should be able to get a 10% discount for that watch from a Rolex AD. But if you have a good relationship and a history with an AD, they might give you more off.

Thanks, Richard. I do have a previous relationship with this guy but at a different store. My 116713 came at ~20% so I think I can split the difference and maybe hit 15%. Here's hoping!
Thanks, Spencer |
