Icon20 GMT Master ll 18K YG

Can someone tell me what tool I need to adjust my bracelet size? My old Rolex had holes you could push a small tool through to remove the pins to adjust the size.My new watch has no holes. Also what thread do I find the manufactures date codes for Rolex Watches? Is there any way to determine if the letter is a late or old . Someone told me they change codes every 1,000,000 watch builds of a particular type IE: YM,Sub, GMTll ,DJ etc. Hayman4353

Z is the latest letter.. I'm guessing the YG GMT II would be either Z serial or very last of the D serials.

As for the tool required I use the same spring bar tool on the newer style clasps and bracelets as the spring bars are still there - just that they can only be seen on the inside of the clasp.
