Looking at 5980, unworn, what do you Think

My first Patek, perhaps. Dont know how its supposed to look, with case and papers. Have included pictures. Does everything look ok?

Thanks a lot for the comment. I dont really like the dial on the 5990 and thinks it looks dull and Way to crowded.

Have been torn between the grey and blue dial 5980, but the Grey looks classy with the black date-wheel. I will have to wait to get a 5711 to ad the blue ;-)

IMO, this is one of their nicest looking models. Just ensure that date doesn't stick. Looks a tiny bit off on pic but maybe it's just the pic angle. Check this function and ensure the date is properly aligned in the date window center..

Great piece as your first Patek. I have the blue dial and love it. Good luck!

If you are going for a blue 5711 then this is perfect, love the date surround!

Looks like it's out of warranty, so while you state 'unworn' it's not guaranteed.

However, 5980 is a great Patek and I'd grab it if you can.

Looks nice, please consider a service within 2-3yrs and also the fact it s out of warranty as others stated ,the price must reflect that.

If its Nautilus, its got to either be a 5711 or 5712 for me. (but I lean more on the 5711)
