Chicago World Series Meet Up?

I am headed to Chicago on Thursday for some "business meetings" and would certainly be interested to meet up with some other members and talk watches if they are around.

I am going to check out the game hopefully on Friday and Saturday, if tickets work out, and will be out early Sunday morning.

I have to get Vegas to see some of Phish Halloween ;)

If anyone is interested....please let me know,

JPS

I dont think you will get tickets unless you got some serious contacts. But if you score some let me know. (Its going to be nuts) I am 30 min from downtown chicago.

Everyone has a price. I'm sure there will be a Marlins fan sitting right behind home plate.

As a kid growing up in Chicago I often wondered what World Series ticket prices would be had the Cubs ever made it. Guess I get to find out now!! I don't think I will be in town but let us know if you get seats and what you had to pay.

Game 3 prices on stubhub currently start at $2300 for standing room only. Seats start at > $3000. Flying to Cleveland might be the value play — SRO tickets there start under $1000 ($1200 for bleacher seats) :-).
