very nice however the calories in that mayoinesse are more than my weekly allowance,man should decide drinks or food .:-)

I agree it does not look very fancy.
We Dutch love our pickled herring, fermented herring, salty herring. As long as there is a lot of fatty acids, salt and a herring involved it is good. Oh and unions, don't forget the unions! I'm looking forward to the new herring from this year which is raw, slightly salted and fermented and should be eaten like this: |
