Sorry JJ but would not buy any of them even if they were
available, not a lover of gold watches. My only exception gold
wise is a vintage Rolex bubble back, and the TT Blue dial sub.

I think a SD in YG is about perfect for the vast majority of SD owners. Most never take theirs deeper than a bath tub, so an all YG version isn't so silly.

I've said it before and I'll say it again. YG is NOT for me... particularly on a tool watch.

Its OK as long as you have not removed the hologram waterproof seal
and don't expose watch to any adverse things like water.

Agreed, Ed, that's a cracker! And all of the above is just a big joke and some good photoshop skills from our friend, Chip.

Well, I’ve heard (but don’t quote me on this) that taking a SD to the bottom of a bathtub is stretching it to it’s limits. Taking off the hologram even worsens this because it protects the case. It’s better to shower with this watch but please prevent too much soap suds from touching the crystal, might harm it!

Does the name TURF ring a bell? Joined in 1999 as member no. 9. So I'm one of the original members of another (shutdown) madhouse

What makes you feel so certain that you're the only "non-tosser" on this forum? This IS a TOSSER's forum!!

Ahh, but there you are mistaken, my Kiwi friend. Perhaps the New Zealand members fall in this category, but I can’t judge this of course.

Take care,

Frans.

P.S. Please don't shoot me, I'm still in my prime
