Do you ever look back? (slightly off-topic, sorry)

Hi guys,

how often do you LOOK BACK in threads? I mean: There is a tendancy that only the threads on page ONE are "alive". As soon as a thread is pushed down to the second page, it goes into oblivion.

It would be nice to have some of the "older" threads revived!

Just my 2 cents.

Good point, Bo. But the fact is that the older threads are very rarely revived. Out of sight, is out of mind!!

Why do I get the feeling that this post, in particular, will find itself bumped up to page 1 over the next few months.

Sorry Bo, I'll try to be serious.

I usually will just look at the first page, maybe sometimes looking at the second if there was a particular post I was following, but beyond the second page is "ancient history" to me and I never venture into its depths.

I admit that I'll always forget about using the search facility to look for something thats disappeared, I'll lazily just ask the guys.

I go back, "Waaaay back" sometimes just to see what was discussed earlier. In other words, I've got way the hell too much time on my hands!

I sometimes like to go back and read old threads.

I love it when I post that "this will be my last watch" and that was how many watches ago?

I thought this was going to be a thread about looking back on life, the choices we made and what we would change.

I looked back and the Datejust was one of the most talked about Rollies.

Too late JJ! I'm already hooked! Thinking of starting a collection of the whole "Kojac" series! I probably shouldn't mention the life size blow-up I had made of your picture. (even had it heavily reinforced in the wrist area so I can change watches every flip)!
