Wish I was there.... I'm moving down there to Southlake/Colleyville area in 10 months so hopefully I can be part of the group next time. Looks like all had a fun time! Very well organized display of watches!

Vu, thanks for being the "official" event photographer today. You did an outstanding job. What a great gathering and event. For those that missed dinner at Patrizio's, all I can say is, they know how to cook Italian. Wow!
The presentation at the de Boulle Rolex dealer in Highland Park was outstanding. After watching it, there wasn't much doubt why the Rolex brand is such a great watch. The staff at de Boulle were very accommodating to everyone and provided drinks and gift packages to all. A very professional staff indeed - they even had a large sign placed in the doorway welcoming all the TRF members to the store. A big thanks to all at de Boulle. After we finished at de Boulle, and departed with the "Welcome TRF" sign which they graciously gave us, we proceeded to Patrizio's for some great Italian cuisine to finish the day. And Russ (bluemartinifan), what a gentleman and organizer for putting this great meeting together. Thanks Russ for all your attention to detail!!! Below is a photo from Patrizio's with (from left to right) Springer (John) 2thdr (Mark) Bluemartinifan (Russ) Beaumont Miller (John) VH_BU98 (Vu) The second photo is Bob Ridley during his presentation which was very, very informative.

Looks like great fun and a really well organised event. Getting a personal presentation from Sir Bob would have been the icing on the cake. And the member watch display really shows the level of trust you guys all have for each other....and of course a safe venue. The London GTG was just in a bar so not really possible but next time.....

If someone has the time (and energy) It'd be great to post a summation of the tidbits that Bob gave everyone. I'm sure he's a fountain of knowledge!
