'57 Rolex Chronograph.

Hello. 30+ yrs ago, I had the face on my watch refurbished. Job was done well, but I'm curious to know if there's a "new old stock" face out there. It has three separate small dials for seconds, minutes, and 12 hours. Also had a newer jubilee bracelet put on and would like to see what the old style would cost. The old style had "C" clamps holding it all together. Thanks.
