Icon10 my first Zenith

And already a fan. The El Primero movement in person is quite impressive!

This is the 38mm version not the Striking Tenth since i preferred the smaller look on my wrist. Now I'm where i want to be watch wise with my 16600 and this...well for now.

Congrats; GREAT piece! How would you say it wears compared to the 16600? I only ask because I have a 16600 and the 38mm El Primero is next on my list.

I'm guessing (hoping?) is wears nearly as 'big' as a Daytona due to the thinner bezel. I much prefer the dial spacing on the 38mm compared to the 42mm; such a classic, great looking chrono; with historical significance to boot.

Congrats again!

For now Mike

For some reason Zenith seem to be over looked by so many which i do not understand as i have 2 in my collection & the El-primero is such a fantastic reliable movement.

Huge congrats fantastic looking watch

I know, yet the El Primero Daytonas fetch a premium! I don't particularly care for Zenith's basic, non-complications, but most of the chronographs and other complications that they've released over the past 2 decades are drool worthy for sure.

Well, different watches for sure but the bezel width appears almost the same, the 16600 just feels much more substantial and thicker on your wrist. Funny you mention the Daytona since I had a 6263 long ago and it does wear very similar (god I miss that piece).

Thanks again for all of the positive feedback!

-Mike.
