American Airlines FA stress? "You don't know what the story is."

Posting news story...
"American Airlines flight attendant 'whacks a mother with a stroller while she holds her twin babies and reduces her to tears' - then is filmed challenging a passenger to a FIGHT and yelling 'hit me!'

So... what are the qualifications to be a FA?

Obviously, the mother is very upset and it's doubtful she got that way for no reason at all. But without actually seeing the stroller removal incident itself, seems rather pointless to comment on it as if I had.

I will say, however, the big fella seemed far too anxious to try and escalate the situation for my liking. People like that only make bad situations worse.

I really don't see much of a story here. The big guy was clearly trying to start something.

I'm going to go with the big fella in First on this one. The snotty FA was out of line and needed some immediate feedback. The sheep mentality only perpetuates bad customer service. Speaking up occasionally drives improvement, IMO.

How did a stroller get on board to begin with ?

They are "ALWAYS" gate checked by every airline I have flown on. Always. I'd bet it got boarded by mistake and when they went to take it away, that is what started the ruckus.

Don't know what actually went down as I wasn't there, so I'll reserve my comments.

If you can afford to sit in the front, you really need do so........just once.........it's worth it.
