Please. No chance this happens as advertised. $1.7M is way over priced. 68,000 letters needed to meet the minimum number of entrants required. Who's reading and judging these letters? They'll have to read one every 3 minutes, 8 hours a day non stop for one year just to get through them all let alone picking the finalists. Wake me up when the winner is selected if I'm still alive.

She can base it on anything she wants but the math just doesn't work out. No way this happens as advertised without cutting major corners. Also I have a very hard time believing that the location of this property and it's surroundings value it a $1.7M. Just saying....
