AD scratched my bracelet; anything I can do?
I’m pretty upset about this but I only noticed it yesterday. Picked up the watch about a month ago so I don’t know if it’s too late. The first link has a deep dent, likely from a tool they used to remove the link. I was installing a Rubber B yesterday and that’s how I found this dent. I am 100% sure this dent wasn’t there before I dropped it off but i can’t prove that! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

You could try bringing it up but it's likely it'll be dismissed due to the time that's passed. Also, if they were just removing a link there's no reason they should've touched the end links - so they might just outright deny it.
FWIW I recommend doing a complete inspection prior to signing off on anything that's been worked on. An extra minute or two of due diligence and you would've caught this immediately.

You’re going to have a tough time with that. The fact that you have removed the bracelet opens up all kinds of deniability, that and the latency of defect to discovery. Given its location I wouldn’t worry about. But, you can certainly ask, all they can do is say no.

Seriously?
Wow. On the underside and have to remove bracelet to see it and can be readily polished. Come on man. Many more serious things to get bothered by. One has to learn to choose battles. I am certain they didn’t go out of their way to do it intentionally.

I can understand the initial reaction, but let's face it: a) you have no proof that they did it and b) it really doesn't matter as it is on the underside.
Take a deep breath and move on! :-) |

Watches bound to get scratches here and there. Just move along. Don’t bear grudge with your AD. You never know when you might need their help or favour!
