GMT Rootbeer or YM Blue dial
If you are given a choice to choose either Two Tone GMT Rootbeer and Yacht Master Blue dial 40mm. Which one will you choose?

Wow, tough one! I own both. Is this your only watch?

CHNR is a beautiful watch. The rose gold is subtle, not in your face. You are limited with your dress but it is a must have in a collection.

YM in blue is stunning! This watch works great in casual settings or formal settings as well as playing in water.

If I had to choose one as an only it would be the YM as it is more versatile.

Both the watches I both like. But I can only choose one.

Compared to the GMT yes but have owned a 16622 YM for years and never had any major scratches.

Coming from a personal experience, I have had the Rootbeer for almost a year now, I wouldnt trade it for any other NON PM rolex except for the ceramic Daytona.

Had both. Kept the yachtmaster. The most comfortable watch i own. Very under the radar too

Among the 2 I would say GMT.
Why you did not consider the TT Yacht Master?
Either the more elegant chocolate dial or the more sportive black dial are very nice and in my opinion they are more comparable with the Root Beer.

Super tough choice. Both incredible references. If it was my only watch I would go with the YM. The YM you can wear with everything.

This is probably the dumbest "rule," but I try to only wear PM or TT pieces with long sleeve shirts.

I like them both, but on it's own merits, I think I'd go GMT. As a one and only, YM.
