Rolex Air King 116900

I have a new December 2020 AirKing that stopped working after 8 months. I sent it back to Rolex for warranty service, I can not believe a new Rolex would stop working.
Anyone else have an issue with Rolex or AirKing breaking when new.

I have not done any rough wearing or even gone in water with it.
I am just shocked at this.

Relax! Its a man made mechanical device and a small percentage of them do fail.

Yeah, it sucks, but a small percentage of anything man-made will fail. I know guys with 6-figure sports cars where the engine blew up with only a few miles.

This is why there is warranty. Rolex should cover, and you'll be back in action.

Got mine in April 2019 and running smooth, no problems. I don't wear it everyday but when I do wear it for 10 days just to give the movement a little workout it's running fine.. Rolex will take care of it, no worries..

Thank you all. I do understand that sometimes things malfunction, break, etc.
Rolex should take care of it.
I’ll keep you posted.

When I used to visit the Hong Kong Rolex Service Centre on a regular basis a few years ago, it was usually standing room only in the waiting area by about 11am.
