Steel gmt or bluesy 126623lb ?

Hi all,
Comparing grey prices for Pepsi or Batman gmts, the two tone submariners are close at price. Which would you choose?
Thanks!

GMT. Travel function plus the ability to wear on an oyster or jubilee.

I'd have both. I got my LB years before a BLRO turned up but my collection needed both, at least in the long term. For everyday, go anywhere utility, as well as the bi directional bezel and second/third time zone, a GMT Master is hard to beat. Conversely, the LB is a beautiful watch, not gaudy in the metal and will wear just as well smart or scruffy, like the GMT.

If you can only have one, take your pick. You'll be on to a winner either way.

I love Subs but I don’t like TT, so that being said I would say go with the BLRO

Get a bluesy from an AD, I actually had 3 different 12 versions. Pretty easy to get. Wouldn’t go grey myself.

Personally I chose the Batman, however I should have gone with another Submariner.

I got the GMT at MSRP, so that’s a no brainer for me.

But honestly, all things being equal, I’d think I’d take the Bluesy at that price, and I’d get it brand new at an AD.

bluesy near msrp is better than gmt at gray price. gmt is not too hard to get from AD if you wait. but bluesy is a classic.

yeah this for me as well. Not a huge fan of TT, but if done in right color combinations can look great

I prefer a diver to a GMT, not by much though. I like the look of a solid metal so either SS or PM for me. No issues with TT and have owned quite a few over the years. The GMT on Jubilee is the one. Such a comfortable bracelet.

GMT at retail.

I would only choose full PM over a SS GMT.

Steel gmts and two tone rose gold rootbeer still tough to get at retail via Ads. Bluesy may be the way to go via Ad. Thanks for the replies

It's such a personal preference thing, but I realize you are asking what we would each pick...
I would take the Pepsi by a million miles...it's so iconic, durable, comfortable, classy. It could be your only watch. Second, but SO FAR behind would be the Batman.

Blue two-tone sub over all current steel gmts for me. If they ever make a modern one with red accents I'll be tempted but still probably would add and not replace the blue sub

Any GMT beats any Submariner every day of the week.
