Apple Watch Ultra 2 with Rolex Daytona Dial?

I happened to see this on Ebay and can't believe Rolex has anything to do with it. The seller has other versions with Omega
and Breitling dials. Could this be a trade mark violation?

It's weird being the same age as old people.

the dials are controlled through an app so it's just like a background on a phone, can't imagine that's illegal but not sure about the fake bracelets with logos on them

It infringes on Rolex’s intellectual property rights. Big foot letter. If no luck, a court order to cease and desist.

Civil action methinks to enforce it.

Not really a criminal level of counterfeiting - nobody could misconstrue that as a true Daytona.

After the Oyster&Pop presidency, anything is possible. However even under this circumstances, this is a clear trademark infringement.

Depends which jurisdiction and if rolex have filed for that.

Seperately just because they have filed a mark, doesn't mean it's valid and could be overturned for non-use in that area.

In reality, if rolex made a complaint to apple, then apple would likely remove it from the apple store.

I agree, first Rolex has to inform Apple, and I am sure, Apple will remove this "thing" immediately.

Maybe Rolex already signed off on the App. Everybody should know it is not real Rolex.

I can't believe 9 people parted with $1.4 for that.
