* HELP * me find Rolex explorer II Steve McQueen
Hi everyone,
Im looking to find a Rolex explorer II 'Steve McQueen" 1984. Im posting this thread to just try (long shot i know) and find the current owner of this watch or can anyone help me find this person ? I have the original recipe, box, tags booklets and papers and spare links for this watch it was sold in the Manchester or Cardiff area of the United kingdom in the late 80s early 90s and that is honestly all i know regarding the watch. OBVIOUSLY THIS IS A LONG SHOT BUT WORTH A TRY. maybe somebody will see this one day serial number is 8314626 Thanks |

Damn, that’s a long shot indeed. Hope the owner of the watch pops up on here. I have always taken a liking to those models.

Sorry, I have not seen that watch.
I love this reference though. I think it’s incredibly underrated in the vintage world. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

I hope you find it. I have no idea how it works, but can anyone with Rolex access type in that serial number and see if it's been serviced and maybe try to connect the owner with this OP? I'd have to imagine it has gone through at least one service or someone has it sitting in an old desk somewhere.
