It's my favorite watch! I have a pretty diverse lineup that includes more expensive and less expensive watches and after having gone through every 39mm variant, the 40mm is my "forever" watch.

Congratulations and wear it in the best of health !

congrats! I lived in Ankara for 3 years and obtained my 39mm Explorer and 40mm YM TT from a boutique there. I have had great interactions with the boutiques in Istanbul as well, which one did you go thru? (I think most of them are owned/operated by one company).

Getting into Rolex as some of you know started back in 2008 with polar explorer II and the journey continued with ceramic gmt master II in 2010 and after that in 2011 datejust rose gold jubilee with fluted bezel and finally in 2012 the hulk.. ahh let’s not forget pam233 which came in 2015 :) and finally in 2024 this pure beauty 40mm explorer.. this gonna be a keeper for me..
And an image shot by my wife at the AD while getting things done .. an unforgettable moment .. pam233 sits on the table ..
