I posted recently about my head being turned by an SD43. Got my AD wish list updated & boom, a few weeks later there’s now one on my wrist!

Admittedly not a hugely difficult reference to get, but I’m very lucky in having an amazing SA at a brilliant AD, who have looked after me well in the last 12 months.

They had on display a Sprite, a Rootbeer, a Bluesy, a Sub, the new GMT amongst others, but just like my other two purchases, my attention was primarily drawn to what I bought. I did me - again.

Looks great and good to see watches actually for sale which does sound a little silly

Congrats!

The SD43 was my first Rolex and it gets the most wrist time of all my watches. If your wrist is large enough, it’s a great watch.

Thanks! Doesn’t quite capture the shine of the bezel & the deep black of the dial, but it came out ok.

welcome to the SD43 club. Oh, and you'll want to make sure you're carrying a stick with you, wherever you go now, to fend off the ladies

Well done! Really do think this is such an underrated reference. I love the splash of red!

C’mon we need more pics!
