Bubba wears a RM 038 "Bubba Watson" designed for him. Only 38 ever made. I started a thread on it several months ago. I got a few good views of it last week. He also talked about it with David Feherty on his show a few weeks ago. If you notice his sleeve has Richard Mille on it like all the AP ambassadors. Retail price is $525k.

So is it his or is it still owned by RM? Did he have to pay anything for it?

It will be his and no he is sponsored by RM so he is paid to wear it/and or just given a/the watch as a payment.

You obviously don't play the game because the level of skill needed at a professional level is rare and the athletes who are on average donate more of their time as well as money to charitable organizations than any other sport so before you shoot off your opinion, do a little research before calling them pretentious as a whole. Football players of both sports are by far more "pretentious" IMHO than golfers who tend to be a rather conservative lot.

Anyway...I'm glad Bubba won and I also doubt he paid for the RM either.
